EZShield® Premium Basic Terms and Conditions
Premium Secure checks from Safeguard come with check fraud protection. This service assists you in the event of counterfeit checks, forged signatures, forged endorsements or altered checks. This service is included in the price of the check and is valid up to two years or the life of the checks, whichever occurs first. The total check cost varies by check type and configuration.
*The 72 hours are business hours and the guarantee is conditional on receiving all of the necessary documents and information as requested by EZShield, and such check fraud qualifying as a reimbursable check fraud event under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
